This isn't the first Ray I've made, but it is the first one to use his Post-Super Genesis Wave look, and the first to have his little flying squirrel skin flaps on his arms. At first I was going to use the Free Riders Tails figure with Sonic's head, but I realized that the neck peg on FR Tails' body would never fit in Sonic's head so I swapped out the torso of a regular Tails whose neck is more compatible with Sonic's head. The goggles, hair, scarf, and tail detailing are made from apoxie sculpt and his little arm flaps are craft foam.
