This was my first idea on how Frank should look in the upcoming Punisher:War Zone movie.
It was pretty simple, ML4 Punisher with Movie Punisher arms.
Dremeled the ab part of the skull belt off and filled in the hole.
Repainted skull to look worn.
Glued on some holsters and done!
