The original Phantom Lady: Sandra Knight, cousin of Starman Ted Knight! Since I acquired a ML Electra body (perfect these bods) I decided to make out of it this classic 40's character by blending it with DCUC parts!

Head: DCD Phantom Lady
Body: ML Electra
Boot cuffs: YJ Artemis
Cape: DCUC Catwoman
Feet: DCUC Raven
Oufit: sculpted it!

I placed her next to her protégé so the differences in the outfit colors & style can be appreciated.
