Yea, they totally work.
I just sanded off the FOX SPORTS logo on one of mine and he is in the back of my Hulk display just looking like a menacing robot.
Makes a wildly generic Hulkbuster robot :-)
Great idea on this. I'm in the middle of a white paint job and white paint $ucks monkey @$$.

That's a pretty good job especially since the base figure's color was a dark grey (how many coats did you have to use?) real good job on the head as well.
That figure is the FOX Sports Robot action figure.. (I'm converting 2 of them into Sentinels)
