The most feared of all Dulluhan, Dis Pater lost his head some eons ago. No he roams from town to town collecting souls. Durarara made me love the Dulluhan fairy myth, base is the same for my Talos just without a head and a carnage tendril for the smoke, scythe is an old Pocahontas staff with a blade and fabric on it.
