I used a Mezco Black Skull body, with the NWToys Skull Agent shirt, pants, and knee pads. The belt was sort of pieced together and sculpted a bit, with some metal buckles added. Two of the heads were molded, cast, and painted, from a couple of Red Hood figures I own. The Outlaw head was from the Mcfarlane. I dremelled it down a bit, and resculpted the hair. I can't recall where I picked up the removable vest, but I painted and attached a Mezco batarang to serve as the symbol. The jacket was from Cuzin Eddi, with some layers of brown dry brushing. Since this was made using a Mezco figure, I thought it only fitting to paint up a Gomez head as well.
