Used an MCU Ayo head, 2 pack Rogue lower torso, Jocasta legs and a cape from an X-Men movie Storm figure. Sculpted the buckle, hair and tiara with Aves Apoxie Sculpt and mounted the ponytail on a magnet for posability. Piping on shoulders is craft foam. Tornado effect is from tamashii nations.
