Reptil debuted about fifteen years ago during the Initiative run. His name decently fits since he can transform his limbs into pretty much any dinosaur. Ended up doing a humanoid variant of him here, leaving off alternate limbs and such. It was considered, but I'm still not the biggest fan of interchangeable parts.

Arms were from Havok. Feet were from a random Joe. Fully resculpted the lower legs and top of the boots. Smoothed over the chest and sculpted the gem. Sculpted the lower torso and the belt. Sanded down the mask and resculpted the hair. And sculpted up the bonus gem. Full repaint, and all done!
