I thought this would be a fun little project, and didn't think I'd get it done as quick as I did. I was looking for a face that was a close match, figuring I'd have to sculpt the beard. I came across a Fisto figure from the He-Man: Masters of the Universe line, which was perfect. I just had to repaint the beard.

The body is WWE Lou Albano, the hat is from a GI Joe Gung Ho figure, and the blue shirt is from classic tv toys. The belt is from a 4 inch Builder Luigi figure, I had to heat it up and stretch it a bit to get it to fit. The tags aren't great but I just quickly did them.

The movie figures are 5 inches, and Spike is 7 inches. I wanted a figure a bit taller as Spike towers over Mario in the movie.
