Used a KO movie Venom figure as the base body & used accessories for the clawed left hand.
The head & heart was a cast bought from @Daishocreations.
The left hand used cut blade pieces from the Venom figures spare hands.
The rest of the body was resculpted & repainted, based on the art & model from the original version of the game.

Repainted using Citadel paints.
