I wanted to make a more intimidating version of Skeletor, without straying too far from the original design. I call him SkeleTormentor. I used a McFarlane MK11 Shao Kahn body and a Mythic Legions skull. It's not my favorite skull, but it was the only one I had big enough for the body (modification was required to fit neck peg). The hood is made of spandex. I gave him a total repaint with Vallejo Game Color acrylics and a thin clear coat of matte Mod Podge.
