Here's Jenny Sparks, the leader of The Authority, during the run of Warren Ellis on the comicbook. Head is a cast with added ponytail from the fodder bin. Lower legs from earlier MU female buck. Sculpts added to the chest so it looks more like a tee-shirt. Painted the Union Jack on it.
