A regular custom had sent me a comic book for ideas on making characters from the Imperial Guard/Shi'ar world. In it Kid Gladiator is being taken under guard by his dad. He sort of mops the floor with them. This is my take on one of the female guards. The feathers are craft foam. I had considered cutting and gluing each individual feather but I think I would have ended up in a padded cell if I had tried that. Working on the male counterpart now.
