This figure features a likeness of David McCallum, the actor who played Kuryakin on the televisions series. Currently, many figures have a disproportionately small face, but it is difficult to determine whether this is the way it was sculpted, or is due to shrinkage. The head is made of the usual semi-soft plastic used in most 12" action figure heads. The arms are rubbery, and may feature Barbie-leg-style "clicker" elbows, but this is hard to determine, because the rubbery plastic is prone to hardening over time. The right arm is spring-loaded to allow the figure to quickly bring his pistol to an aiming position. The torso and pelvis are a single, blow-molded hollow piece, which tends to become extremely brittle over time. The legs are likewise blow-molded, and prone to brittleness. The small hands do not grasp items well. The accessories include a metal cap-firing pistol which apparently was supposed to fire when the arm sprang into the firing position. Clothing included a black turtleneck.

Due to the tendency of the figure to become stiff and brittle, an intact figure may be difficult to find, but the heads tend to retain most of their flexibility over time.
