Not satisfied with only his increased intelligence, the Leader creates a device which will transfer the Hulk's physical strength into himself! With that much power, only one being can have a chance at stopping this insane villain - The Incredible Hulk!

Joining Leader-Hulk during his experiments is his evil henchman, the Gargoyle. Complete with his launching action base, the Gargoyle is ready for battle along side the unstoppable Leader-Hulk!
