Creatures from the desert were caught in the gamma blast with Bruce Banner that transformed him into the Incredible Hulk, causing once normal creatures to become mutated themselves into strange looking beasts!

Accidentally bathed in gamma radiation during a gamma bomb test, Dr. Bruce Banner was transformed into the Hulk! When he becomes angry or stressed, Banner changes into the strongest mortal on the planet, and as he gets angrier, he gets even stronger. Out of place in the world of man, Hulk finds sanctuary with the bizarre mutated creatures known as the Outcasts. Now finding a way to control his transformation into the Jade Giant, Banner can never rest, constantly evading those who would destroy the Hulk or steal his power for themselves.
