Actually three ticks-in-one, T-3 (Tick Trick Tick) is a "jack-of-all-trades" -- T-3's sleight of hand (but definitely not sleight of build) skills give him an incredible "deck"-sterity and agility with his hands. "The hand is quicker than the eye" and T-3's super fast handiwork can shuffle cars or build a vehicle in a blink of an eye. And when it comes to target practice using one of the Crime Grimes as the target T-3's a real "ace" at shooting his "diamond", "spade", "club" and "heart" tipped arrows and hitting the bull's eye - or, in this case, bug's eye.
