Spooky Goopy is Professor Guggengrime's monster wrangler and the most fearsome of the Crime Grimes gang. Spooky Goopy is the strong, silent type - it's his animated top hat, that does all the talking - and brawling, for the both of them. Spooky Goopy probably doesn't hold the key to your heat but he does hold the key - and the power menagerie under control and, with his deadlock pincer cuffs - under "lock and key" - skeleton key, that is.
