Program: As a half-human cyborg, Lord Dread is not programmable... His ultimate goal is to rule Earth and populate planet with Bio Dreads - mechanical life forms whom he believes are "perfect creations".

Characteristics: Brilliant... Treacherous... Hates human life… Embodies the best in human thinking and machine processing.

Known Weakness: Vain & Egocentric… His obsession with Jonathan Power's destruction jeopardizes his otherwise logical plots.

Special Tactical Weapon: Transportable Zapblade.

Military Insignia: Emblem of the Bio Dread Empire.

Current Status: Rarely leaves Volcania. From his Interlocker throne, he prefers to "Lock-in" Warlord-Class Bio Dreads to mastermind battle.
