Due to outcry from collectors due to lack of availability of the 2004 Comic Con version, Toynami released a human form of InuYasha on a blister card when they did a second production run of the Series 1 figures. This second production run was released shortly after the Series 2 figures. In addition to the packaging difference, this more common version has an open mouth, whereas the convention exclusive has a closed mouth.
