Chemist Rex "Tick-Tock" Tyler was a young chemist who discovered a chemical compound he named Miraclo, which gave him super-powers for one hour at a time. Under the influence of Miraclo, Tyler gained the strength of ten men, superhuman speed, and a resistance to harm. Using his discovery, Tyler became the masked crimefighter known as Hourman!
