When the Joes say they can't hit what they can't see, they're talking about the stealthy Night Creepers. Captured Cobra documents first revealed the existence of these vicious ninjas, who conduct all field intelligence and covert operations for Cobra. All investigations into the structure and origin of the Night Creepers have run into dead ends, or resulted in the mysterious disappearance of the investigators. Do not approach them in any way, not that you would ever be able to catch up to them in the first place!
