Description:

Tyrannical rules of the undersea Kingdom of Titanica. At 230 marine years old, Titan has sworn to invade the "Surface World" and W.A.S.P. with his team of Aquaphibian Slaves. As a young scientist, he left his home Hydroma predicting a nuclear attack. All who remained died and Titan swore an oath to seek revenge on all "surface dwellers".
