It is Shogun Splinter, the plotter, the omniscient one. Shogun Splinter, the radical rat who conjures the spirit of honor while snacking on a wedge of cheese - he's the midnight master, the teacher of the Turtles. And he's armed with the weapons of a confident Shogun sensei: the dreaded loop rat knife never leaves a victim without leaving them in pieces; the notorious battle bow and arrow is on target, no matter how mean or menacing the enemy. There is no defense against Splinter and his Shogun weapons. He is swift and smart, courageous and noble. He is in the highest order of all warriors. For a rat, that's pretty good!
