Once a brillant scientific inventor (he created the Mousers) turned successful businessman and, um, head of StockTronics Labs, Baxter Stockman has seen his body whittled away to the point where now all that remains of his original human form is his head and the insane intellect that it houses. Now cybernetically attached to a powerful central processing unit, Baxter's brain has successfully grafted itself onto super-speed circuit boards attached to whatever robotic form he chooses to invent, currently a spider-like assembly of mechanical arms, legs and wickedly whacked-out weapons. Once the scientific brains behind the Shredder's Foot Tech division, Baxter is now a loose cannon, whether allying himself with various mobsters and misfits or scuttling solo in his quest to avenge himself against both the Foot and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Baxter Stockman - an example of what happens when a good brain goes bad!
