Description:

Former idealistic rookie police officer in raccoon City, subject is responsible for the destruction of the umbrella facility outside of the city and the death of the mutated William Birkin. Although whereabouts are currently unknown, reports have surfaced of subject being spotted in Europe near some umbrella secret locations. Use caution when dealing with subject. Although his demeanor suggests otherwise, subject is resourceful and cunning.

If spotted and apprehension is not possible. Terminate subject with extreme prejudice.
