A survivor of the Famous Roswell crash in New Mexico, Skulk and his crew asked for sanctuary to remain here. In exchange they gave us the Microprocessor which helped fund the MIB in the early days. Skulk is friendly but will fight fiercely to apprehend Alien violators of the MIB treaty. Often disguised as a High School Guidance Counselor, Skulk uses cognitive multi-tasking and analytical thinking. He also likes big hats.
