Rattlor is the general of King Hiss' forces.

Rattlor was the first Snake Man who Kobra Khan freed from the Void. After He-Man stopped them from freeing the rest of the Snake Men, Khan and Rattlor got Evil-Lyn's help to free King Hiss and the Snake Men. Rattlor lost his king when Zodak seemingly killed Hiss.

Somehow, Rattlor and Tung Lashor ended in Etheria and briefly joined the Evil Horde, until King Hiss returned thanks to Skeletor and both summoned Rattlor and Tung Lashor, who swore allegiance back to their king.
