Dukat, Gul. Currently commander of his Cardassian Galor Class warship. One of his immediate objectives is to locate the missing Bajoran Orb. To date, he has had several encounters with Starfleet personnel. Commander Sisko offered the observation that Dukat is amiable, but evil. His intentions must be remembered: and the atrocities perpetrated by the Cardassians against the Bajorans must not be forgotten. Deep Space Nine and Bajor were pillaged and plundered while Dukat was Prefect of the Bajoran province. Dukat may be of use to the Federation only because of his suppositions concerning the mysterious wormhole. Commander Sisko has agreed to allow Dukat and his men visitation privileges in the Promenade. It is hoped that Dukat may speak feely about the wormhole and offer advice about its origin.
