Many years ago, Mentor, leader of the Ninja Defenders, defeated an evil ninja known only as Reaper. Long thought to be dead, Reaper has returned to conquer the earth and seek vengance against Mentor. Reaper has enlisted the aid of the most deadly ninjas in the world. They are now known as the Ninja Assassins.
