Most people would be familiar with Roy Focker from the 1980's animated series Robotech which was an almagram of three diffrent anime series Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Southern Cross, and Genesis Climber Mospeada. Roy Focker originated from the series Macross and his personality toned down to just being a womanizing, hard drinking ace fighter pilot instead of a womanzizing, hard drinking, abrasive, over all jerk@$$ of an ace fighter pilot.
