This is a re-release of the McFarlane style Spider-Man. The figure is very well detailed with engraved webbing and well sculpted musculature. The paint is well done also, it is painted in red and a very dark blue that appears to be almost black.
The articulation is awesome as well, I counted between 30 and 32 points of articulation. His fingers are individually articulated allowing you to decide if you want to pose his hand in the classic "thwip!" pose.
The negatives:
The joints are a little loose, limiting his posability without support. This can be fixed with the careful application of super-glue.
