I can't tell if Hawky here is from series 2 or series 3 as the package has both "Public Enemies 2" and "Series 3" printed on it.

Hawkman stands about 7 and 3/4 inches tall from his feet to the top of his helmet and almost 9 inches if you measure up to the top of his wings.
