Evil Dr. Blight is a biochemical genius, dedicating her life to inventing new ways to destroy the environment. She has previously tried to create the perfect human, and has tested some of her experiments on herself first. Her hair is now carefully combed in front of her face to hide horrible scars.

Because of her superior intelligence, Dr. Blight's only companion is MAL, a super computer. Together, they operate from secret laboratories around the world and create biological monstrosities. Dr. Blight is now so demented that she even flirts with her computer, and they argue about who is responsible for any failed eco-disasters.
